To offer you a choice, we have both natural cashew nuts as well as dry roasted cashews. Obviously, cashew nuts taste delicious exactly as they are, but roasting and adding a touch of salt brings out their natural nutty aromas. At our own roastery in Aarhus, we gently dry-roast and salt the cashew nuts for you to enjoy right out of the bag. Dry roasting means that we have not added oil to the nuts in the roasting process. First, the cashews have a salt bath before roasting. Then, to highlight the natural taste of the nuts, they are roasted slowly at low temperatures and shaken gently every now and then to distribute the heat evenly for all nuts. We know our raw materials and take pride on bringing out the best of them.

The product packaging consists of a foil and label made of plastic from the same family, which allows the entire packaging to be recycled together. The foil is made of 43% bio-based material and we thereby reduce our CO2 emissions by just under a ton a year. We use a 2-layer foil which protects the product so that we maintain a long shelf life and also reduce food waste.
