- 2 dl oatmeal
- 1 tsp pure vanilla powder
- 4 dl water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp Eart Control almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts
- 2 pcs fresh figs (or dried figs)
Bring oatmeal and vanilla in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil slowly. Simmer for approx. 4-5 minutes, then add the cinnamon and salt. If you want your porridge thinner, add more water. Serve the porridge in bowls and garnish with chopped nuts, small pieces of fresh figs and honey.
