Summer salad

with grilled fruit, pine nuts and tahin cream

  • 100 g mixed salad, eg spinach leaves or rucola
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pcs. plums or peaches
  • 1 pose Earth Control pine kernels


  • 2 tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. tahin
  • ½ lemon, juice from here
  • 2-3 tbsp. water
  • salt
  • Possibly a little sprinkle of cumin


Cut the tomatoes into half and mix them with clean lettuce leaves. Cut out plums or peaches in thin boats and grill them briefly on each side. Spread the slices of fruit on the salad. Stir all ingredients together for dressing and adjust with water if thinner. Shake the pine nuts on a dry, hot pan until they turn golden. Top on the salad before serving and serve with tahin dressing.
