Summer salad

with cranberries and grilled melon

  • 3 slices of melon (or 1-2 nectarines in slices)
  • 1/2 squash
  • 150 g lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp. feta cheece
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Cranberries


Rinse and cut squash into long and thin slices. Remove the peel from the melon slices. Place squash and melon on a hot grill and grill on both sides until dark grill lines come. Rinse the salad and arrange on a plate along with grilled squash and melon pieces.

Sprinkle with feta, a handful of cranberries and a dash of olive oil.
