- 3 slices of melon (or 1-2 nectarines in slices)
- 1/2 squash
- 150 g lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp. feta cheece
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bag of Earth Control Cranberries
Rinse and cut squash into long and thin slices. Remove the peel from the melon slices. Place squash and melon on a hot grill and grill on both sides until dark grill lines come. Rinse the salad and arrange on a plate along with grilled squash and melon pieces.
Sprinkle with feta, a handful of cranberries and a dash of olive oil.
