Strawberry salad

with cherry tomatoes and roasted pine kernels

  • 100 g Mixed Sallad
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Pine Kernels


  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


Halve the tomatoes and mix them with the cleaned lettuce leaves. Clean and cut the strawberries into small pieces and spread them on the salad. Stir all the ingredients together for the dressing and taste - and them stir the dressing in the salad.

Roast the pine kernels on a dry pan until golden. Sprinkle with pine kernels before serving.
