Spinach salad

with pears, pumpkin seeds and cardamom dressing

  • 150 g baby spinach
  • 3 pcs pears
  • 4-5 tbsp Earth Control roasted & salted pumpkin seeds


  • 1 tsp bumped cardamom
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or light vinegar
  • Salt og pepper


Rinse the spinach leaves very thoroughly, dry them on a towel. Put the spinach in a large bowl. Cut the pears into small cubes to mix with the spinach. Mix cardamom with the other ingredients for the dressing and season with salt & pepper. Pour dressing over the salad and sprinkle with roasted pumpkin seeds. Perfect for grilled meats such as. chicken, lamb or chops.
