Spicy Meat Balls Sandwich

with sun-dried tomatoes

Spicy Meat Balls – ca. 20 pcs.

  • 30 g. Earth Control Sundried Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 500 g. Minced beef
  • 2 tbsp Rasp
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 pcs. Eggs
  • 1 clove of Garlic (squeezed)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 20 g. Parsley leaves (finely chopped )

Tomato sauce

  • 75 g Earth Control Sundried Tomatoes, small cubes
  • 1 can of Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pcs Habanero chili, finely chopped
  • 1 pcs Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 clove of Garlic (squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt og black pepper
  • 4 pcs Ciabatta-buns
  • Field lettuce
  • Grated parmesan


Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onions until ready, approx. 5 min. Add chilli and garlic and roast for 1 min. Bring both kinds of tomatoes in and cook the sauce for 10-15 minutes under low heat. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Stir grater and milk together and allow to soak for 5 min. Stir in tomato, egg, garlic, bell pepper and salt. Now stir the mixture with the meat and turn the minced parsley into. Form meatballs with 3-4 cm thickness and fry them golden at medium heat. Put them in the tomato sauce and simmer under lid for 10 minutes.

Shake 4 ciabatta buns, spoon them and sprinkle with a little field salad, then Spicy Meat Balls with sauce on top. Finish with grated parmesan and possibly crushed black pepper.
