Snack almonds

Ingredients

  • 100 g Earth Control Almonds
  • 0,25 dl Soy
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder

Description

Put the almonds in a pan. Roast for 5-10 minutes at low heat until the almonds begin to turn golden. Turn up to medium heat, and pour soy into pan. Use a spoon to ensure that all almonds are covered with soy. Roast for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle with chili powder. Put the almonds on a baking paper when the soy has evaporated. Let the almonds dry for 30 minutes.
