Nut muesli:

  • 2 dl oatmeal
  • 60 g Earth Control Brazil nuts
  • 115 g Earth Control Almonds
  • 110 g Earth Control Hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cardamom

Smoothie bowl:

  • 2 bananas
  • 6 Earth Control Dates
  • 160 g frozen blueberries
  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 100 g frozen strawberries


  • Fresh banana and nut muesli


Blend Brazil nuts, almonds and hazelnuts roughly in a blender. Boil honey, cardamom and water together to a uniform mass in a small saucepan. Turn off the heat. Mix nuts, oatmeal and honey mass together. Bake it in the oven at 160 degrees hot air for approx. 15-20 minutes, until golden. Stir in the mixture once or twice along the way so it does not burn on.

Blend blueberries, strawberries, bananas, dates and almond milk together in a blender to a uniform mass. Pour it into four bowls and garnish with fresh banana slices and nut muesli.
