with sun-dried tomatoes

  • 150 g Earth Control Sundried tomatoes
  • 40 g Earth Control Pine Kernels eller Cashews naturel
  • 2 dl Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bundle of parsley
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper


Roast the pine kernels or cashews lightly golden on a hot pan. Blend with sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, oil and garlic. Taste with freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Enjoyed with freshly baked bread.
