- 150 g Earth Control Sundried tomatoes
- 40 g Earth Control Pine Kernels eller Cashews naturel
- 2 dl Olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bundle of parsley
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Roast the pine kernels or cashews lightly golden on a hot pan. Blend with sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, oil and garlic. Taste with freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Enjoyed with freshly baked bread.
