Raspberry Smoothie

With peanuts & dates

Ingredients

  • 2,5 dl milk
  • 1 pcs ripe banana
  • 1,5 dl fresh raspberries
  • 2 pcs Earth Control dates
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or
  • Earth Control peanuts

Description

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is even and creamy. Divide into two glasses and serve immediately if possible with a couple of ice cubes. Can also be enjoyed on the go in a thermocouple.

TIP!
Nuts (or peanut butter) are good to get in the morning smoothie as it provides both flavor and fullness.
