Pointed cabbage salad

with pear, horseradish and cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1 large Pointed cabbage
  • 2 pcs pears
  • 50 g Earth Control Cranberries
  • 1/2 tray of cress
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp fine-grained horseradish
  • 2 cm fresh Earth Control ginger
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A pinch of pepper

Description

Cut the cabbage thinly, possibly on a mandolin iron. Remove the core housing of the pears and cut them into thin boats - turn the pears and cabbage together.

Dressing:
Peel ginger and grate finely. Grate fresh horseradish or chop grated horseradish finely. Mix with mustard, salt/pepper and bring in apple cider vinegar while whipping together. Turn dressing with the cabbage and pears. Sprinkle cress and sesame seeds on top and top with cranberries.
