Homemade green pesto

with pine kernels and basil

  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 40 g pine kernels
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely grated
  • 1 bundle of fresh basil (about 40g)
  • 40 g grated parmesan cheese
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • salt & pepper


Roast the pine kernels lightly-golden on a hot pan. Blend them with basil leaves, oil, garlic and parmesan. Taste with freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper.
