with blueberry & pistachio kernels

  • 200 ml oatmeal
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml water
  • a pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp. friske blåbær
  • 2 tbsp. Earth Control pistachio kernels


Put oatmeal, milk and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil slowly. Cook for approx. 4-5 minutes with stirring and taste with a little salt. Divide into two bowls and top with fresh blueberries and coarsely chopped pistachio kernels.

You can easily vary the oatmeal with other types of fresh fruit or dried berries such as cranberries, blueberries or goji berries. Also try Earth Control unsalted nut mixes.
