Muesli Bars

with Sweet & Salty Crunch

  • 50 g Earth Control Sweet & Salt
  • 175 g Earth Control Dates
  • 200 ml. oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 egg


Heat the oven to 150 degrees. Melt the coconut oil in a pot. Cut dates into smaller pieces and blend with coconut oil. Stir dates and coconut oil and mix with a bag of Sweet & Salty, oatmeal, peanut butter & eggs. Put the dough on baking paper in a 2 cm thick layer in a mold. Add another piece of baking paper to the top and use a smaller cutting board or the like to squeeze it completely flat. Then remove the top paper. Bake at 150 degrees for approx. 40 minutes until the surface is golden. Cool and cut them out with a sharp knife.
