Homemade marzipan

with cranberries & almonds

  • 375 g Earth Control Almonds natural
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Cranberries
  • ½ dl Cane sugar
  • 1 ½ dl water


Heat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the almonds for approx. 10 min. Boil water, cane sugar and cranberries together in a saucepan. Blend the almonds into coarse almond flour on a food processor or in a powerful hand blender. Add the boiled water with cane sugar and cranberries and blend it all for approx. 3-5 min. until you have an even mass. Roll the marzipan into a large 'sausage' in baking paper and refrigerate.
