Homemade granola

with coconut, kernels & nuts

Ingredients

  • 150 g grated coconut flour
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tsp bumped cardamom
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 200 g Earth Control coarsely chopped nuts
  • unsalted nut mix, almonds or hazelnuts

Description

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together and spread the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20-25 minutes, but stir in the mixture and make sure your granola doesn't get too dark. Allow the granola to cool completely before putting it on glass. Enjoy topping on yogurt, Skyr or on smoothies.
