Grilled peppers

with Salty Salad Mix

  • 3 pcs. red peppers
  • 100 g. Bulgur / Earth Control Bulgur Mix
  • 200 g. cherrytomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. oliveoil
  • 50 g. sugarsnaps
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Salty Salad Mix
  • A handful of fresh basil


Cook the bulgur as directed on the package. Rinse the 3 snack peppers thoroughly, cut them on the long side and remove the kernels. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small slices and, together with snack pepper, place them on a hot grill (or possibly a grill pan). Roast it for a few minutes on all sides until soft and have nice grill lines on the sides.

Take a handful of fresh basil and chop finely. Add in the bulgur along with 3 tbsp. oil and salt and pepper. Place the snack peppers on a platter and fill them with the bulgur mixture.

Top with the hot grilled tomatoes, fresh sugarsnaps and sprinkle with Earth Control Roasted Salad Mix.
