Green smoothie bowl

with dates, almonds & berries

  • 100 g frozen spinach
  • 100 g frozen broccoli
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 dl liquid eg water, milk, almond milk or cold tea
  • 7 g fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp licorice powder


  • Earth Control dates, almonds and cashews.
  • Fresh berries


Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend it well together to a uniform mass - approx. 1 minute. Add more liquid if you want a thinner texture. Divide the green smoothie into a bowl and top with a few spoonfuls of Skyr-Topping, dates, almonds, fresh berries or the like. Only your imagination creates the limits.
