Granola

with Jumbo Raisins & Cashews

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Earth Control cashews
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 2 spsk. Earth Control Jumbo Raisins
  • 400 ml. oatmeal
  • 100 ml. buckwheat flakes
  • 100 ml. grated coconut flour

Description

Chop the cashews coarsely and mix with the other ingredients (except jumbo raisins). Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper. Shake in oven for 20 min. at 200 degrees - stir regularly. Allow the granola to cool completely before mixing the jumbo raisins. Store in a clean, dry glass. Enjoy the crispy granola on top of yogurt or a delicious smoothie.
