Red cabbage salad

with salad cheese and almonds

  • 300 g red cabbage
  • 1 fresh orange
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g. pomegranate seeds
  • 1 dl. salad cheese
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Almonds or Almond Splits


Rinse and cut the red cabbage into small strips and serve on a platter. Rinse and cut apple and orange into round slices and spread over. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Sprinkle with salad diced cheese, a handful of whole almonds and spread maple syrup evenly over the salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
