- 1 box of Earth Control falafels
- 2 pcs. lettuce
- 1 pcs. avocado
- 1 stalk of spring onions
- 1 bag of Earth Control Salad Mix
- 1 handfull radishes
- Eg. cashew hummus
Mix the falafel mix with 2.5 dl. boiling water and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, the salad is made. Cut lettuce, radishes, avocado and spring onions into slices - and arrange on a plate.
Form the falafel farce into small round balls and fry on the pan in olive oil. Turn them regularly so that they turn golden on all sides.
Serve the crispy falafels on top of the salad and sprinkle with the salad mix. The dish can also be served with homemade cashew hummus.
