Elderberry mulled wine

with cranberry, lime and apricot

  • 8 pcs Earth Control apricots, cut into strips
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Cranberries
  • 2 stalks of fresh lemongrass, cut into rough pieces
  • 2 pcs organic lime (juice and shell))
  • 1 liter Elderberry juice
  • 3 pcs Star anise


Slowly bring the elderberry juice, lemongrass, lime juice and shell as well as star anise to the boiling point. Turn off the heat and allow to soak for at least 5 minutes. Sift the juice and bring to a boil again. Divide apricots and cranberries in 4 glasses, pour the hot mulled wine into the jars and serve.
