Crispy cabbage salad

with chia dressing and roasted Salad Mix

  • 250 g cabbage
  • 4 pcs carrots
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Roasted Salad Mix


  • 1 ½ dl coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pcs lime, juice from here
  • Salt


Cut cabbage into very thin strips. Peel the carrots and grate them on a grater on the rough side - mix it together in a bowl. Whisk coconut milk with chia seeds and lime juice, and taste the dressing with salt. Leave the dressing for approx. 5 minutes to thicken slightly. Turn the dressing well into the salad and top with roasted salad mix before serving.

TIP! The salad fits really well with fish, eg a piece of grilled salmon.
