Cool porridge

with cocoa, Skyr & hazelnuts

  • 1,5 dl oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 dl milk
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey


  • 4 tbsp Skyr
  • 2 tbsp rough-chopped Earth Control nuts
  • hazelnuts or cashews


Put oatmeal, cocoa powder and milk in a glass (or another sealed container) and stir well. Refrigerate for the next day. Stir in the porridge before serving and taste with liquid honey or agave syrup. If the cream is too thick, add a little milk. Divide the porridge into bowls or glasses and top with Skyr, nuts and if possible fresh raspberries.
