Classic Waldorf salad

with fresh apples and walnuts

  • 150 g celery
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g grapes (without stones)
  • 1 bag of Earth Control Walnuts


  • 2 dl sour cream, 18%
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. cane sugar
  • Salt & pepper


Cut apple and celery into smaller cubes, and cut all grapes in half. Turn walnuts, apple, celery and grapes well together in a bowl. Stir all the ingredients for the dressing together and season with sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.

TIP! The salad tastes great for both game and traditional Christmas food.
