Chia parfait

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Earth Control Cranberries
  • 1 dl. Earth Control Chia Seeds
  • 1,5 dl almond milk
  • 2 dl plums or fresh berries

Granola:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 dl Earth Control Cranberries
  • 1/2 dl Earth Control Nuts (of your choice)

For serving:

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

Description

Mix almond milk with chia seeds and stir well and refrigerate for 1 - 1.5 hours (preferably for the next day).

In a small saucepan, heat plums or berries together with cranberries and about 1 tablespoon water. Stir under low heat for 5-10 minutes until you have a creamy compote. You can choose to blend it briefly to make it more creamy - otherwise set it aside and save for later.

Now make the crispy granola. Pour some coconut oil on a warm pan with maple syrup. Add cranberries and various nuts as desired and stir under low heat until the granola is crispy and golden.

For serving, pour the chia cream into glasses, followed by neutral yogurt, peanut butter and compote. Garnish with the crispy granola and extra cranberries on top.
