- 200 g Romanie salad (about 2 small salad heads)
- 50 g parmasan cheese
- 1 bag of Earth Control Whole Grain Croutons
- 1 dl. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon juice from here
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Salt & pepper
Rinse and cut the lettuce leaves into mouth-watering pieces. Divide on a dish along with slices of parmesan.
Stir together all ingredients for the dressing and season with salt, pepper, mustard and lemon.
Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with crispy Earth Control Whole Grain Croutons.
