Easy Cabbage salad

with crispy chickpeas & soy/ginger dressing

  • 1 bag of Prepared cabbage salad mixture
  • 40 g Earth Control Roasted & Salted Chickpeas
  • 50 g Soy/ginger dressing


1. Put the salad in a bowl.
2. Trun the dressing into the cabbage.
3. Top salad with Roasted & Salted Chickpeas.

TIP! Boost the salad with fresh mango, which together with the soy/ginger dressing, which gives a delicious Asian flavor. Remove the peel from the mango and cut into thin slices.
