Cabbage salad

with apples, cranberries and walnuts

  • 1 mini romaine
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 2 apples
  • 40 g Earth Control cranberries
  • 50 g Earth Control walnuts


  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Salt and pepper


Wash the mini romaine salad and cabbage. Cut the cabbage into fine strips and divide the mini romaine into smaller pieces. Serve the salad on a platter. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Cut the apples into fine cubes and turn them in the salad along with the dressing. Roast the walnuts on a dry pan until lightly golden. Garnish the salad with walnuts and dried cranberries.
