Cabbage & Orange

with mint and dressing with pumpkin seeds

  • 1 pcs kohlrabi or cabbage (ca. 200g)
  • 1 pcs orange
  • 1 stalk fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp Earth Control Salad Mix (roasted & salty)
  • 2 tbsp Earth Control pine kernels


  • 2 tbsp Earth Control roasted & salted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 pcs lime (the juice)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 stalks fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp water
  • A pinch of salt


Start with the dressing: Combine the toasted pumpkin seeds in a blender with lime juice, agave syrup, mint leaves and olive oil and blend well. Add water a little at a time until the dressing has a creamy and smooth texture. Taste with salt. Peel cabbage and cut into thin slices. Peel the orange and cut it into fillets. Distribute kohlrabi, orange and mint leaves on a dish. Top toasted & salted salad kernels as well as pine nuts and spread the dressing over the salad before serving.
