with blueberries, almonds and coconut flakes

  • 1 dl frozen bananas
  • 1 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 dl almond milk
  • 1 dl water
  • Juice from 1/3 lemon


  • 1 tbsp. Earth Control Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Earth Control Coconut flakes naturel
  • 1 tbsp. Earth Control Apple Bites Strawberry
  • 1 tbsp. Earth Control Almonds
  • 1 tbsp. Earth Control Cranberries


Pour frozen bananas, blueberries, almond milk, water and lemon juice into a blender and blend until creamy and delicious. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chia seeds, coconut flakes, apple bites, almonds and cranberries.
