- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp Earth Control almonds or other nuts
- 2 dl milk or almond / soy milk
- A little freshly squeezed lemon juice
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is creamy, thick and uniform - adjust with more milk if you want a thinner consistency. Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink immediately - or bring in a thermo cup and enjoy on the go.
