with crispy croutons and paprika dressing

  • 2 pcs yellow peppers
  • 1 bag of lettuce leaves eg spinach, arugula etc
  • 2 tbsp Earth Control Croutons with garlic


  • 1 tbsp good mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yogurt natural
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 5-10 drops tabasco (according to taste)
  • salt og pepper


Cut thin strips of the peppers and mix with lettuce leaves. Stir the dressing together and taste it. Mix the croutons in the salad just before serving with the dressing. Perfect accessory for barbecue meat.

You can easily roast your own bread croutons in a little oil on a pan, but we have made it easy for you so you can easily get crunchy crispy croutons straight out of the bag without any preparation. You can also spice up the salad with Earth Control Sun-dried tomatoes or replace croutons with our grissini.
