Banana pancakes

with dried apricots & oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 dl oatmeal
  • 1 dl flour
  • 1 nip baking soda
  • 1 nip vanilla powder
  • 1 nip salt
  • 1 nip cinnamon
  • 50 g Earth Control apricots
  • 25 g butter or coconut oil

Description

Mash or blend the bananas. Mix them with eggs, oatmeal, flour, baking soda, vanilla powder, cinnamon and salt. Finally chop the apricots and mix it into dough. Melt butter or coconut oil on a pan. Fry the pancakes until they are golden. Enjoy them warm or keep cool and bring them in the lunch box.
